Every blend in the Primitive Witchery Brews collection was created with as much intention as any spell kit or ritual candle in this shop. These are not decorative potpourri packets or generic seasonal scents, they have been created as working folk magic in a bag. Each blend was developed with specific magical intent, herb by herb, with attention to the folkloric and traditional properties of every ingredient inside. The scent that fills your home when you simmer one of these is not incidental, it is the magic itself moving through your space the way smoke carries a prayer.
Simmer pots are one of the oldest forms of household magic that there is. Long before candles and spell kits, there was the cauldron on the fire, filled with herbs and water, and intention, steaming the magic into every nook and cranny of the home. Every blend here comes with complete directions and an incantation written specifically for that spell work, so whether you are an experienced magical worker or someone just beginning to bring intentional magic into your home, you have everything you need for your brew work.
These are made in small batches by hand, with care. They are shelf stable, and each one has a silicon packet inside (please remove that before brewing). After brewing, the brew should be used within 48 hours and kept in the refrigerator. The brew can be used as a spray or added to mop water to extend the level of the magic throughout your space.
